The C-Level Resume: It takes a Professional Writer to Set the Record Straight

04.17.07 | Comment?

The C level resume, for the CEO, the CFO, or the COO, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer or the Chief Operating Officer, are high level executive resumes that require special attention and expertise, provided by a professional resume writer.

When it comes to preparing a resume for someone who has been in charge of a multi-million dollar corporation, or in charge of a major aspect of that company’s operations, only the most experienced professional resume writers should be consulted.  They specialize in finely analyzing the career of the C level executive, determining the most relevant information to include, and in placing it in context.

When a C level resume is being prepared the applicant is generally applying for a position at least equivalent to that which he or she is now holding, if not an advancement to a larger company.  Those reading the C level resume will expect perfection.  A CFO will be an expert in financial matters, accounting, and well versed in all other aspects of corporate matters, but may not be a master of the written language.  Smart CFO’s, COO’s and CEO’s are used to delegating duties to specialists, and don’t think twice about contracting with professional resume writers to do what they do best, preparing C level resumes.
