01.15.08 | Comment?

Larry Keim is a career industry professional and follows the hiring trends of executives, professionals and managers through career management/career counseling firms.According to Larry Keim, a sampling from career management firms shows that executive level placements in 2007 demonstrate an increase of 72% over 2006.

Keim warns however, that these results only reflect the success of executives who have received professional assistance in their search, and may not reflect the results for all executives.

Larry Keim gathers reports from a sampling of career management organizations regarding the success rate of executives who have reported acceptance of a new career position or career decision, such as opening their own business, or moving up the corporate ladder where they currently work. “Career management firms are not employment agencies. Their job is to guide their clients through a process of career improvement; which sometimes results in a promotion or a chance to do something on their own.”

According to Keim, this increase remained steady throughout the year, showing promise for 2008.

Larry Keim provides career related services to career management / career counseling firms throughout the US. Larry Keim will soon be releasing a new website.
